Riccarda Zezza is the CEO of Life Based Value, an EdTech Company that creates innovative solutions for the development of human capital based on a proprietary learning methodology based on years of scientific research. Life Based Value solutions transform life transitions and caregiving activities into a master's degree in soft skills for professional growth. The program is delivered fully online to the employees and it enables businesses to capitalize on the energy and strength that people gain in their daily lives. Today they are used by more than 7,000 people in 60 companies and has started an international development phase. Riccarda is a blogger of Alley Oop – IL Sole 24 Ore, a Fellow of Ashoka - the NGO which selects the best social innovators in the world - an honorary member of Cesvi and a member of the Weizmann Young European Network. She was awarded as "Most Influent and Innovative Woman Fortune 2018" in Italy. Riccarda has two masters: Marta (11 years old) and Luca (8 years old).
